Nesër gjykata franceze në Colmar të Francës do të vendosë nëse kreu i AAK-së, Ramush Haradinaj, do të ekstradohet në Serbi apo jo.
Haradinaj është arrestuar në Francë që ë 4 janar të këtij viti, pas një ftelëarresti të Serbisë të lëshuar që në vitin 2004, ku ish-kryeministri Kosovar akuzohet për krime lufte.
Haradinaj ka deklaruar se në këto fletëarreste serbe nuk ka asnjë gjë të re, pasi lidhur me to është përballur edhe në Gjykatën e Hadës, ku është shpallur i pafajshëm. Megjithatë Serbia vazhdimisht ngulmon për ekstradimin e tij në Serbi.
Pavarësisht këmbënguljes së Serbisë, avokati i kreut të AAK-së, Ariani Koci shprehet i bindur se klienti i tij do të lirohet në seancën e nesërme që fillon në orën 14.00 në Colmar. Sipas avokatit, “kërkesa e Serbisë për ekstradim është e pabazuar” dhe madje është “keqpërdorim i rëndë i të drejtës ndërkombëtare nga ana e Serbisë”.
Ndërkohë, një ekspert gjerman, Christian Tomuschat,ka thënë për Deutche Welle se Haradinaj mund të ekstradohet dhe gjykohet vetëm nëse ka ndonjë akuzë për krime që nuk janë trajtuar në Tribunalin e Hagës. (D.D/Shuplaka)
