Në kërkesën e Serbisë për ekstradimin e Haradinaj, është paralajmëruar për paraqitjen e fakteve shtesë që kanë të bëjnë me urdhëresën për zgjerimin e hetimeve ndaj tij me fakte të cilat janë mbledhur.
