Ndeshja e Realit të Madridit kundër Osasunës nuk rezultoi aspak e lehtë. Lojtarët madrilenë e mbyllën pjesën e parë në barazim 1-1 dhe vetëm në fundin e pjesës së dytë arritën t’i gëzoheshin triumfit. Kjo është një fitore që e konsolidon vendin e parë për skuadrën e Zidane në kapionatin spanjoll.
Golat për Realin u shënuan nga Cristiano Ronaldo, mesfushori Isco dhe Lucas Vasquez, ndërsa për Osasunën shënoi Sergio Leon.
Kjo ndeshje ishte e veçantë për kapitenin Sergio Ramos, i cili arriti në kuotën e 500 ndeshjeve me fanellën e Los Blancos.
Ndërkohë që gjatë ndeshjes u shënua dhe një incident i rëndë. Mbrojtësi i Osasunës, Tano Bonnin, ka thyer këmbën në sfidën kundër Real Madridit dhe u detyrua të largohej nga ndeshja në minutën e 14’të. Ai theu këmbën në një duel me yllin e Los Blancos, Iscon.
Kjo fitore e Los Blanvos erdhi edhe fal pritjeve të Keylor Navas, i cili është vlerësuar si lojtari i ndeshjes, që ndiqet nga Cristiano Ronaldo e Marcelo.
